POTATO CURD PACHADI

Ingredients:

Potato- boiled and mashed
Curd
Onions chopped
Green chillies

Heat oil in a pan. Add green chillies, curry leaves and onions
Once the onions are transparent, add it to a bowl of curd
Add salt, turmeric and the mashed potato
Mix well
Again heat oil and do tadka(mustard, cumin and asafoetida)
Mix with the curd and garnish with cilantro
