Ingredients:
Paneer grated - 1 cup
Sugar powdered - less than a cup
Elachi
Grate paneer very fine and keep
Add sugar and elachi powder and mix well so that the sugar dissolves and the mixture has a consistency of chappathi flour
If the mixture becomes a little watery add corn flour
Make to small biscuits and garnish with cashew, raisins, pista and badam
Keep in deep freezer for about 3 hrs and serve cool
You can add little pachakarporam to the flour to get a saffron colour
