Ingredients:
Arathikai - 1
Red chillies - 5
Rice - 1 cup
Asafoetida
Salt
Turmeric
Peel arathikai and cut into long slices and put the slices in a mixture of water with salt and turmeric
Soak rice for about an hour. Make a paste of rice, red chillies, asafoetida and salt
Heat a pan. Apply oil on both sides
Dip the cut into the paste and toss on the pan on both sides
Serve with tomato chutney
