Ingredients:
To soak:
Toor dhal - 2 sp
Jeera - 1 sp
Rice - 1 sp
Fry:
Red chillies - 2
Fenugreek - 1sp
Curd
Salt
Turmeric
Vegetable ( tomato, lady's finger, etc)
Coconut
Soak the items for about half hour.
Fry the above ingredients in a drop of oil and to the soak items
Beat curds and add turmeric and salt and keep
Beat the soaked items with adequate coconut and add to curds
Heat oil in a kadai and do tadka( mustard and asafoetida) and add the vegetable and let it cook well
Let this cool and add this to the curds
Simmer for about ten minutes
Ganish with curry leaves and cilantro
