Ingredients:
Toor Dhal
Red chillies
Jeera
Garlic
Salt
Tamarind
Curry leaves
Heat oil in a kadai. Fry toor dhal till it turns golden brown
In the same kadai, use little more oil and fry garlic, red chillies and jeera
Let everything cool
In a mixie, first grind the chillies and garlic. Then add the roasted dhal, Tamarind and salt and grind to a thick paste. The pachadi should not be very watery
Heat oil in a kadai and do tadka (Jeera, curry leaves) and empty the pachadi and turn for a minute and serve with rice
