PEPPER RASAM WITHOUT DHAL

Ingredients:

Tamarind
Salt
Red Chillies
Jeera
Pepper about 2 cups of water
Curry leaves

Add tamarind juice and salt and let it boil well till the raw smell goes
Make a paste of red chillies, jeera and pepper. Add curry leaves in the end and mash once
Add to the boiling tamarind water
Do tadka in the end ( mustard and asafoetida)
