Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2 cups
Tamarind juice
Salt
Urnamiramachai
Add salt and tamarind juice to rice flour and mix with enough water to make to thick paste
Heat oil in a kadai. Do tadka (mustard, asafoetida)
Add the fired urnamiramachai, then add the thick paste and keep stirring continuously with enough oil so that the flour becomes separate
