Ingredients:
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1/2
Green chillies - 4
Sambhar powder
Besan powder - 2 sp
Water - about 2 cups
Cut onions and tomatoes to chunks. Slit green chillies
Heat oil in a kadai. Splutter mustard and urad dhal
Add green chillies and onion. Once onion becomes transparent add tomatoes
Once the tomatoes get cooked, add sambhar powder
Add water and let everything boil for a while.
Add salt and turmeric and besan powder and boil for a while
Garnish with cilantro and curry leaves
