Ingredients:
Tofu
Onions
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
Bhajji batter
Food color
Deep fry tofu in bhajji batter
Heat a kadai. Add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, salt, garam masala
Cook till onions become tender. Add the tofu and a little food color and simmer for 10mins
