PESARA ODIYALLU TOMATO PULUSU

Ingredients:

Tomato
Drumstick
Onion
Tamarind juice
Salt
Chilli powder
Turmeric
Curry leaves
Cilantro
Sambhar odilallu

In a vessel, cook tomatoes pieces and drumstick
Heat oil in a kadai. Do tadka (mustard, urad dhal, red chillies, menthulu , green chillies and curry leaves) Add chopped onions
Once the onions become transparent, add tamarind juice
Then add tomatoes and drumstick
Add required amount of salt, chilli powder and turmeric and let everything boil for a while
Then add the fried odiyallu and leave for 2 mins
Garnish with cilantro
