KAMEERA

Ingredients:

Semiya - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Moong dhal - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Cashew
Raisins
Elachi powder
Honey - 2 spoons
Ghee

Cook dhal in water till it becomes soft. Drain water and keep aside
Fry semiya till golden brown in a tsp of ghee
Fry carrot in a tsp of ghee
Heat water and add the semiya and carrot and wait till the semiya gets cooked
Then add the cooked dhal and leave for 2 mins
Then make a syrup of sugar and jaggery together till string consistency
Then pour the mixture in the syrup and mix well
Fry cashew and raisins in ghee and add
Add elachi powder and honey and serve
