SAMBHAR WITHOUT DHAL

Ingredients:

Toor dhal- 1tsp
Channa dhal - 1 tsp
Urad dhal whole - 1tsp
Jeera - 1tsp
Pepper - 1tsp
Dhania - 3 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Coconut - 1tsp
Tamarind
Salt
Cooked dhal - 2tsp

Do tadka (mustard, fenugreek and asafoetida). Then add the required vegetable and fry for 2 mins
Then pour tamarind juice. Add salt.
Fry all the dhals, coconut, jeera, pepper, dhania, red chillies. Once the mixture cools, grind into a paste by adding adequate water
Pour the mixture and let everything boil for 10 mins
In the end, add little dhal and boil for another 10mins.
Garnish with curry leaves
