Ingredients:
Urad Dhal - 1 cup
Channa dhal - 3/4 cup
Red chillies - 2 cups
Salt
Jaggery
Fry urad dhal and channa dhal together with a drop of oil till it turns golden brown
Then fry red chillies in a drop of oil
Fry sesame seeds without oil
Powder everything with salt and jaggery (coarse grind)
