Ingredients:
Sweet corn
Cilantro
Onion
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Salt
Turmeric
Curry leaves
Coconut milk
Cook the sweet corn with adequate water for about four whistles
Chop onions. Add chopped onions, cilantro, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and make to smooth paste
Heat oil in a kadai. Pour the paste and let the raw smell go and then add the cooked corn
Add coconut milk, salt and turmeric and let everything simmer for about 10mins
