POHA UPMA WITH TAMARIND SAUCE

Ingredients:

Poha
Tamarind sauce
Red chillies
Green chillies
Roasted groundnuts
Coconut

Beat poha and wash it in water and remove
Add salt, turmeric, tamarind sauce, coconut and leave it for 10 mins
Then heat oil in a kadai. Do tadka(urad dhal, mustard, curry leaves). Add red and green chillies
Add groundnuts
Then add the poha mixture and mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and curry leaves
