PUMPKIN RAITHA

Ingredients:

Pumpkin
Curd
Green chillies
Coconut
Mustard
Cilantro

Cook pumpkin very well and let it cool. Make to nice paste by hand
Beat green chillies, mustard and coconut in a mixie and add it to curds
Add the pumpkin to curds and garnish with cilantro
Add required amount of salt
Heat oil in a kadai and do tadka ( mustard and asafoetida)
