Ingredients:
Tamarind - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sambhar podi - 6 - 7 tbsp
Salt as required
Jaggery- 2 tbsp
Toor Dhal - 2tsp
Channa dal- 3tsp
Fenugreek - 2 tsp
Small onions
Take required amount of gingelly oil. Fry all dals then add onions to transparent
Add tamarind water, then add sambhar podi and let it boil well for about 10mins
In the end add jaggery and boil for another 10 mins
Add curry leaves and switch off
For people who like garlic, even that can be added along with onions
