APPAM

Ingredients:

Raw rice - 1 cup
Par boiled rice - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 2 spoons
Fenugreek - 1 spoon
Coconut
Salt

Soak all the above ingredients for 5 hrs and then make it into a very fine batter using salt and coconut
Heat a round bottom kadai. Pour a ladle of the batter in the kadai and spread to a circle
Cook closed on one side for about 3 mins
Remove and serve hot with avaiyal or kurma
