Ingredients:
Yellow Moong Dhal - 1 cup
Green moong dhal - 1 cup
Sugar
Salt
Cilantro
Green chillies
Red chill powder
Turmeric
Ginger
Soak Both the dhal for atleast 4 hrs.
Add all the other ingrdients except cilantro and grind to smooth paste
Add enough water and cilantro
Heat a pan. Make omelettes
