CABBAGE PULIHARA

Ingredients:

Cabbage - grated
Poha
Groundnuts
Green chillies
Cilantro


Do tadka (mustard, urad dhal, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric, curry leaves)
Then add the grated cabbage and fry till raw smell goes
Then add the poha(washed and dried)
Add required salt
Then add the roasted groundnuts
Garnish with cilantro
