PESARATTU

Ingredients:

Green sprouts
Jeera - 1 sp
Salt
Ginger
Green chillies
Onions finely chopped

Soak sprouts overnight. Grind next day, along with jeera to a smooth paste
Add salt, chopped ginger, green chillies and onions to the batter and mix well
The batter should be of dosa batter consistency
Make dosa
