CASHEW BURFI

Ingredients:

Cashews - 1 cup
Milk
Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
Ghee
Maida

Soak cashews in water for one hour. Then powdered the soaked cashews with with milk to a smooth paste
Take a pan and make sugar syrup by boiling for about 5 to 10 mins
Remove the dirt from the syrup by adding a spoon of milk
Then add the cashew paste and keep stirring continuously for about 10 mins in low flame
Then add a mixture of ghee and maida into the paste and keep stirring in low flame till the paste separates from the pan
Take a plate and apply ghee and pour the cashew paste and let it cool for 10 mins
Then cut into cubes and store in air tight container
