IDLI UPMA

Ingredients:

Onions chopped
Tumeric
Curry leaves
Salt as required

Do tadka (Mustard and asafoetida), add onions, tumeric and fry till onions becomes transparent
Add required amount of salt and curry leaves
Make idli's into small pieces and then add and fry everything for a few minutes and serve
You can roasted groundnuts if desired.
