Ingredients:
Greens - 1 bunch Jeera - 1 teaspoon Red chillies - 2 to 3 Coconut - 1/2 cup Cooked Toor Dhal - 1 spoon
Cut and cook greens in microwave by adding little turmeric and sugar till tender Grind together jeera, red chillies and coconut to a fine paste Do tampering of spices (mustard and urad dhal), then add the cooked greens, paste , cooked dhal and add little water from the cooked dhal and cook till water evaporates
In the above recipe, adding sugar to the greens keeps the colour of greens unchanged. The same recipe can be used by replacing greens with cabbage, drumstick, cucumber, sorakai, zucchini, chow-chow, snake gourd
